Evelyn Costa Andrade
She is a dynamic leader dedicated to cultivating a people-first culture that drives organizational success. With a career spanning over 15 years in human resources management, Evelyn holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in human resources management. She brings a wealth of expertise in talent development, employee engagement and strategic workforce planning; leading organizations from $1Million to over $500Million in the private equity sector in the US. Evelyn is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Oasis Marinas where she has played a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s employee experience.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Evelyn is an avid traveler finding inspiration and balance outside the workplace. She is married and a mom of two beautiful kids, an 11-year-old boy and a 7-month-old baby girl. She believes that a well-rounded life is key to bringing fresh perspectives and creativity in life and overall, to her role as HR professional and community connector.

She's a graphic and website designer dedicated to helping small businesses and entrepreneurs create standout brands. With a strong foundation in consumer and pharmaceutical advertising in NYC, along with experience in publishing and marketing, she's built a career focused on driving small businesses forward.

Jamie Copeland
Jamie is a mother of five, a military spouse, and a passionate advocate for families navigating ADHD. With a background in Psychology and Training and Development, she combines professional expertise with personal experience—her son was diagnosed with ADHD at age five. Recognizing a lack of practical, at-home support, she founded StrategicU, a platform offering comprehensive, age-appropriate strategies for managing ADHD. Jamie’s mission is to empower families with practical tools, foster supportive communities, and transform challenges into opportunities for growth, making a lasting impact on ADHD support.
