She is passionate about people, travel, fashion, art, and sparkly vintage earrings, both costume and the real deal. She also loves dogs, corgis, specifically and the best thing she's ever been called by a client is a Unicorn!

As a passionate self-care coach, I specialize in empowering women to discover and embrace their authentic selves within a safe and nurturing environment. With over 23 years of marriage and the privilege of raising two incredible teens, I understand firsthand the delicate balance between family life and personal growth. I firmly believe that a true safe space begins at home, which is why I create inviting atmospheres for women to explore their identities freely.
My diverse Latin and European background enriches my love for travel, interior design, and fashion, while my talent for simplifying everyday tasks—such as easy kitchen solutions and natural beauty routines—helps women find joy in simplicity.
Neyanel Vasquez
Neyanel Vasquez graduated in chemistry from Columbia University in 2018. She worked at Oak Ridge National Lab, the largest Department of Energy Laboratory in the United States from 2018 to 2019.
In 2020 her mother came to her tired of using many products that did not work and only weighed down her hair. Neyanel then decided to make her mother multifunctional hair products that are good for her and the planet. La Joya Cosmetics was founded by a mother and daughter duo, and four years later after years of research and development our high performance products are now available to the public on the link below.

Evelyn Costa Andrade
She is a dynamic leader dedicated to cultivating a people-first culture that drives organizational success. With a career spanning over 15 years in human resources management, Evelyn holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in human resources management. She brings a wealth of expertise in talent development, employee engagement and strategic workforce planning; leading organizations from $1Million to over $500Million in the private equity sector in the US. Evelyn is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Oasis Marinas where she has played a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s employee experience.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Evelyn is an avid traveler finding inspiration and balance outside the workplace. She is married and a mom of two beautiful kids, an 11-year-old boy and a 7-month-old baby girl. She believes that a well-rounded life is key to bringing fresh perspectives and creativity in life and overall, to her role as HR professional and community connector.

She's a graphic and website designer dedicated to helping small businesses and entrepreneurs create standout brands. With a strong foundation in consumer and pharmaceutical advertising in NYC, along with experience in publishing and marketing, she's built a career focused on driving small businesses forward.
She specializes in brand development, visual identity, and social media strategies that help businesses connect with their target audiences effectively. Over the years, She's had the privilege of helping hundreds of small businesses establish a professional presence, attract their ideal clients, and grow sustainably.
Jamie Copeland
Jamie is a mother of five, a military spouse, and a passionate advocate for families navigating ADHD. With a background in Psychology and Training and Development, she combines professional expertise with personal experience—her son was diagnosed with ADHD at age five. Recognizing a lack of practical, at-home support, she founded StrategicU, a platform offering comprehensive, age-appropriate strategies for managing ADHD. Jamie’s mission is to empower families with practical tools, foster supportive communities, and transform challenges into opportunities for growth, making a lasting impact on ADHD support.
