Neyanel graduated in chemistry from Columbia University in 2018. She worked at Oak Ridge National Lab, the largest Department of Energy Laboratory in the United States from 2018 to 2019.
In 2020 her mother came to her tired of using many products that did not work and only weighed down her hair. She then decided to make her mother multifunctional hair products that are good for her and the planet. La Joya Cosmetics was founded by a mother and daughter duo, and four years later after years of research and development our high performance products are now available to the public on the link below.

She brings a wealth of expertise in talent development, employee engagement and strategic workforce planning; leading organizations from $1 Million to over $500 Million in the private equity sector in the US. Evelyn is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Oasis Marinas where she has played a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s employee experience.
is a mother of five, a military spouse, and a passionate advocate for families navigating ADHD. With a background in Psychology and Training and Development, she combines professional expertise with personal experience—her son was diagnosed with ADHD at age five. Recognizing a lack of practical, at-home support, she founded StrategicU, a platform offering comprehensive, age-appropriate strategies for managing ADHD. Jamie’s mission is to empower families with practical tools, foster supportive communities, and transform challenges into opportunities for growth, making a lasting impact on ADHD support.
